We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders. The SSL encrypts, or translates, your credit card information into a highly indecipherable code, which is processed immediately. A warning window may pop up to notify you that you are entering this "safe" area. Once you've entered, the page address (URL) will change from http to https, to let you know you are in a secure area. Also, a key or a closed lock will appear in the lower left hand corner of your screen to notify you of this change.
If you are new to the web site you will need to register with us so that you can get a password which you can use to enter our free designs area. After you click a Download button, a screen will appear asking you whether you want to open the file from its location or save it to disk - choose "save it to disk". Choose "Save it to Disk" Then the screen will appear asking you where you would like the file saved to. Now you have to choose the directory you want to save your downloaded file to so you can find it later. Please be careful to remember the name of the file and directory you are going to save into your computer. Click save. The program will start the downloading process and when it is done, a download completed window will appear. The embroidery file is already in your computer and you can use the embroidery application that you have to open it.
Please visit www.7-zip.org. You can download a free version from there. Once it has been installed it will automatically pop up and do it's job whenever you double-click on a zipped file.

Our turnaround time depends on you. That means you tell us in how many days you need the digitized design to be sent back and we will work within your deadline.
Information that you need to send are: Design Name; Size (Inch or Cm.): You may inform us one side- Width or Height. If you give us size of one side, the other side will go proportionately; Colors: The colors that you would need us to put in that particular design.Sometimes you may not need all the colors so you can enter information here; Fabric to embroider; Date of Delivery: In how many days you would need us to send the design back.
We need the same information to quote a design as we do when you place an order. You can obtain a quote two ways. The easiest way is to use our online Order Form and check the 'Quote' box at the top of the form. Then at the bottom of the form you can attach the artwork. Or you may use the information from that form and send by email to digifac@ksc.th.com. Note: All quotes are not final and the actual cost of the design may vary as much as 15% from the quoted cost.
We specifically digitize a design with the fabric in mind. The fabric will dictate type of underlay, push-and-pull compensation and density that the digitizer must address in creating the design. If the design is going on a multitude of fabrics, edits for the other fabric types are done. Not all fabrics require edits. For instance, if a design had been digitized for pique and is also to be sewn on interlock, no edit would be necessary.

To embroider a shirt or cap, you need an embroidery file sometimes referred to a tape. This is because the old embroidery machines used punched paper tapes and a tape reader to operate. With the advancements of new technology and the use of computerized embroidery, 3.5" floppy diskettes are now more common in the industry. An Embroidery Disk and an Embroidery Tape are similar references. An embroidery tape/disk contains all the instructions, which tell the embroidery machine what to stitch on your garment.
